Turn an Empty Frame Into Your Favorite Seat

A papasan frame without proper padding feels bare and uncomfortable, leaving you perched on the edge instead of curled up. The Papasan Chair Cushion turns that empty bowl into a deep, sink-in nest you'll want to disappear into with a novel or a late-night game. Its plush, generous fill hugs your back and shoulders, so long afternoons feel restful rather than stiff. The soft ribbed texture adds warm, inviting character to any living room, bedroom or reading corner. It's the easy upgrade that makes your chair the seat everyone wants.

Layered Foam Under a Soft Corduroy Cover

This round cushion measures 47.24 × 47.24 in (120 × 120 cm), sized for compatible papasan frames, with an overstuffed profile and button tufting that keeps the fill evenly spread across the seat. The cover is 100% polyester corduroy, soft to the touch with a ribbed surface that feels cozy against bare arms. Inside, shredded foam blocks are layered with high-density foam, so the center stays springy while the edges hold their shape when you lean back. That combination gives a relaxed seat for reading, gaming, lounging or casual daily seating without the flat, thin feel of a standard pad. Choose from blue, cream, dark gray and light gray to suit your room. The cushion is sold as a replacement pad, so check your frame's diameter before ordering.
