We aim to get your Maniaver tools to you as efficiently as possible. For orders within the United States, the total Estimated Delivery Time is 7–10 business days. This includes an Order Handling Time of 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) and a Transit Time of 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that our daily Order Cutoff Time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8); orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

We offer a 30-day easy return window starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We are committed to transparency, which is why we charge $0 restocking fees.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, Maniaver covers 100% of the return costs. If you are returning an item due to "customer remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. After approval, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.
